Upon creation of a regional mobility authority: (1) The regional mobility authority and its members shall: (A) Constitute a public corporation; and (B) Have perpetual succession; and (2) The regional mobility authority and its members may: (A) Contract and be contracted with; (B) Sue and be sued in tort to the extent that it has expressly waived liability in writing; and (C) Have and use a common seal. Acts 2007, No. 389, § 1.
