(a) A corporation authorized by this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq., except to the extent that the provisions of the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq., are in conflict with this chapter.

(b) A corporation authorized by this chapter shall have the right to perpetual succession as a body politic and corporate.
