(a) When a conveyance is seized under this subchapter, the conveyance shall remain in the custody of the seizing law enforcement agency. (b) (1) The conveyance is not subject to replevin. (2) However, the conveyance is subject only to an order or decree of the circuit court having jurisdiction over the conveyance. Acts 1985, No. 238, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-1405.
