Ark. Code Ann. § 5-63-302: Debt adjusting - Prohibition

(a) A person shall not engage in, or offer to or attempt to engage in, the business or practice of debt adjusting in this state.

(b) A violation of subsection (a) of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
