Ark. Code Ann. § 6-50-103: Participation in vocational student organizations

(a) (1) The Division of Career and Technical Education may reimburse secondary vocational centers and other public schools in Arkansas for dues, membership fees, supplies, travel, lodging, and other expenses related to a student's participation in vocational student organizations. (2) The amount allowed pursuant to this section shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per student as documented by national and state membership records. (3) The division may disburse funds after the final cut-off date for membership enrollments. (b) The division shall promulgate rules necessary for the implementation of this section. (c) The provisions of this section shall be contingent on the appropriation and funding necessary to allow the division to carry out the duties assigned to it in this section.
