(a) Licenses shall be renewable annually. (b) The licensing period shall be determined by the Division of Higher Education. (c) (1) Application for renewal of a school license is to be provided in the form and manner prescribed by the division. (2) The school and its programs of study, facilities, faculty, and all other operations must meet the minimum standards as established by rules. (d) An application for renewal of an admissions representative's license shall be made on the forms and in the manner prescribed by the division. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 1899, eff. 7/1/2019.
