Ark. Code Ann. § 6-51-802: Policy for centers established

The Career Education and Workforce Development Board shall establish policy for community-based education centers in such areas as fees, operating and capital budgets, allocation of funds, instructional programs and related criteria for the operation of community-based education centers, degrees and certificates, and academic and programmatic standards.
