Ark. Code Ann. § 6-61-535: Southeast Arkansas College - Reimbursements

(a) The Board of Trustees of Southeast Arkansas College may reimburse tuition, fees, and other education-related expenses of current faculty who seek additional education levels that will benefit Southeast Arkansas College in meeting accreditation and professional standards.

(b) Reimbursement under this section is authorized only when the reimbursement request has been documented by Southeast Arkansas College to meet critical shortage instructional areas.
