A nursing student who is attending an accredited nursing institution to become one (1) of the following is eligible for the Nursing/Direct Care Education Stipend Program:

(1) An Advanced Practice Nurse;

(2) A registered or licensed practical nurse;

(3) A certified nursing assistant; or

(4) A behavioral health aide.
