Ark. Code Ann. § 6-82-2304: Default of employment commitment

In the event of an employee or eligible student defaulting on the employment commitment under § 6-82-2302 or § 6-82-2303 , the employee or eligible student shall be in breach of contract and repayment of the stipend shall be required as specified in the stipend contract with the appropriate division or department.
