Ark. Code Ann. § 8-6-1903: Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1) "Board" or "regional board" means a regional solid waste management board established pursuant to § 8-6-701 et seq.; and

(2) "Commission" means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
