A.R.S. § 28-6351: Definitions

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Enhancement" means an addition that exceeds generally accepted engineering or design standards for the specific type of facility.

2. "Plan" means the comprehensive, performance-based, multimodal and coordinated regional strategic transportation infrastructure investment plan approved for the county pursuant to section 28-6308, as amended or otherwise modified.
