A.R.S. § 28-670: Accident report analysis

Title 28 Transportation

The department:

1. Shall tabulate all accident reports.

2. May analyze all accident reports.

3. Shall publish annually or at more frequent intervals statistical information based on the accident reports as to the number and circumstances of traffic accidents.
