A.R.S. § 32-1308: Fees and monies collected; civil penalties

A. The department shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all fees and other monies collected under this chapter in the health services licensing fund established by section 36-414.

B. All civil penalties collected under this chapter shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund.
