A.R.S. § 35-729: Exemption from procurement code

For purposes of this article and chapter 7 of this title, the following are exempt from title 41, chapter 23 or other restrictions on the procedure for entering into contracts:

1. The Arizona commerce authority.

2. The Arizona department of housing.
