A.R.S. § 41-7001: Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Department" means the state department of corrections.

2. "Director" means the director of the independent correctional oversight office.

3. "Office" means the independent correctional oversight office.

4. "Record" has the same meaning prescribed in section 41-1371.
