A.R.S. § 49-901: Definitions

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Hazardous waste" means hazardous waste as defined in section 49-921.

2. "Hazardous waste disposal facility" means a hazardous waste disposal facility contracted for or operated by this state.
