Students attending the California School for the Deaf, Northern California, California School for the Deaf, Southern California, and California School for the Blind shall be tested for exposure to tuberculosis at least once every two years. The results of these tests shall be provided to the director of the appropriate special school. The parent or guardian of the student shall be responsible for the cost, if any, of the test.
