CHAPTER 3. San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority [66702. - 66702.5.]

It is the intent of the Legislature that the authority should complement existing efforts by cities, counties, districts, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, the State Coastal Conservancy, and other local, regional, and state entities, related to addressing the goals described in this title.
