GOV § 93004

For purposes of this title, the following definitions apply:

(a) “Agency” means the Great Redwood Trail Agency.

(b) “Board” or “board of directors” means the board of directors of the agency appointed pursuant to Section 93011.

(c) “Dividing line” means the county line separating the Counties of Mendocino and Sonoma at or near mile post 89.
