CHAPTER 6. Termination of Authority to Contract [80850. - 80850.]

(a) On or after January 1, 2035, the department shall not contract under this division for the purchase of electrical power.

(b) This section does not affect the authority of the department to administer contracts entered into before that date or any of the department’s outstanding bond obligations.
