C.R.S. § 10-14-610: Injunction.

No application or petition for injunction in proceedings for, the dissolution of, or the appointment of a receiver for any domestic, foreign, or alien society or lodge thereof shall be recognized in any court of this state unless made by the attorney general upon request of the commissioner.
