C.R.S. § 10-16-127: Coinsurance and deductibles.

A carrier subject to the provisions of parts 2, 3, and 4 of this article may offer one or more health coverage plans that contain deductibles or coinsurance without any limitation or restriction on the maximum out-of-pocket payable by the insured.
