C.R.S. § 10-16-169: Carriers - prescription drug coverage - transparency.

Beginning July 1, 2025, and on or before each July 1 thereafter, each carrier shall submit to the commissioner, in the same form and manner as submitted to the United States secretary of health and human services, information required by federal pharmacy benefit and drug cost reporting laws.
