C.R.S. § 10-4-2006: Severability.

If any provision of this part 20 or the application of this part 20 to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this part 20 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 20 are declared to be severable.
