C.R.S. § 10-4-420: Risk management procedures.

Every insurer writing commercial property and casualty insurance in this state shall establish procedures to promote the use of loss control programs, safety programs, and other methods of risk management by its insureds to the extent feasible or practicable for the individual insured.
