C.R.S. § 11-110-1202: Severability.

If any provision of this article 110 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this article 110 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article 110 are declared to be severable.
