C.R.S. § 12-115-101: Legislative declaration.

The general assembly hereby declares that the state electrical board shall be specifically involved in the testing and licensing of electricians and shall provide for inspections of electrical installations where local inspection authorities are not providing the service to the standards required by this article 115.
