C.R.S. § 12-135-403: Cease-and-desist orders - orders and stipulations - suspension - procedure.

(1) The director may issue cease-and-desist orders under the circumstances and in accordance with the procedures specified in section 12-20-405.

(2) The director may suspend a registration upon the failure of the registrant to comply with any condition of a stipulation or order imposed by the director until the registrant complies with the condition.
