C.R.S. § 12-210-110: Cease-and-desist orders - unauthorized practice - penalties.

(1) The director may issue cease-and-desist orders under the circumstances and in accordance with the procedures specified in section 12-20-405.

(2) A person who practices or offers or attempts to practice audiology services without an active audiologist license issued under this article 210 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).
