C.R.S. § 12-220-208: Review of board action.

(1) Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:

(a) Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;

(b) Suspend a license;

(c) Revoke a license;

(d) Censure a licensee;

(e) Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;

(f) Place a licensee on probation;

(g) Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or

(h) Issue an order to cease and desist.

(2) The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist, dental therapist, or dental hygienist.
