C.R.S. § 12-235-109: License expiration - effect - renewal - reinstatement - penalty.

(1) Licenses issued pursuant to this article 235 are subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2).

(2) The director shall establish application forms for renewal of licenses and reinstatement of expired licenses. A person renewing or reinstating a license shall submit an application in the form and manner set forth by the director.
