C.R.S. § 12-235-117: Confidential agreement to limit practice.

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, section 12-30-108 concerning confidential agreements to limit practice applies to this section.

(2) This section and section 12-30-108 do not apply to a massage therapist subject to discipline for prohibited activities as described in section 12-235-111 (1)(f).
