C.R.S. § 12-30-117: Acceptance of patients enrolled in standardized plan - acceptance of reimbursement rate requirements.

The commissioner of insurance may require a health-care provider, after a hearing pursuant to section 10-16-1306, to participate in a standardized plan, as defined in section 10-16-1303 (14), and accept the reimbursement rate described in section 10-16-1306.
