C.R.S. § 13-21-1505: Plaintiff privacy.

(1) In a civil action filed pursuant to this part 15:

(a) A plaintiff may proceed using a pseudonym in place of the plaintiff's true name;

(b) The court may authorize an in camera proceeding; and

(c) The court may make further orders as necessary to protect the identity and privacy of a plaintiff.
