C.R.S. § 2-3-1306: Staff assistance.

In carrying out its duties under this part 13, the capital development committee may request staff assistance from the offices providing other legislative services or from the department of personnel and the office of state planning and budgeting in the governor's office. The legislative council shall provide any necessary assistance.
