C.R.S. § 22-82.7-106: Program - procedures.

The department shall develop procedures to allocate and disburse the money appropriated to the department for the program among participating school food authorities and facility schools each year, in an equitable manner and in compliance with the requirements of the federal "Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act", 42 U.S.C. sec. 1751 et seq.
