C.R.S. § 23-19.3-101: Definitions.

As used in this article 19.3, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Committee" means the prosecution fellowship committee established in section 23-19.3-102 (2).

(2) "Department" means the Colorado department of higher education.

(3) "Program" means the prosecution fellowship program created pursuant to section 23-19.3-102 (1).

(4) "Rural district attorney's office" means a district attorney's office within the third, fifth, sixth, seventh, ninth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, or twenty-second judicial district of Colorado.
