C.R.S. § 23-30-115: Chancellor to choose certain staff.

Pursuant to section 23-30-113, the board of governors of the Colorado state university system may delegate to the chancellor of the Colorado state university system the power to choose such personnel as may be needed as system staff, which personnel shall report directly to the chancellor.
