C.R.S. § 23-30-120: Payment of expenses.

The board of governors shall have general supervision, control, and direction of the funds and appropriations made thereto. All expenses of the board of governors of the Colorado state university system and the entities it governs shall be paid from funds received or maintained by the board or the entities it governs in accordance with the procedures listed in section 23-30-108.
