C.R.S. § 23-31-116: Tax exemption.

Any anticipation warrants issued pursuant to the provisions of section 23-31-113 by the board of governors of the Colorado state university system shall be exempt from taxation for state, county, school district, special district, municipal, or any other purpose in the state of Colorado.
