C.R.S. § 23-31-121: Providing personnel, supplies.

The board of governors of the Colorado state university system, operating through the Colorado agricultural experiment station, may provide such personnel, funds, labor, material, and supplies as are necessary for the purposes specified in sections 23-31-119 and 23-31-120.
