C.R.S. § 23-31.5-106: President may remove officers.

The subordinate officers and employees, but not members of the faculty or those employees for which the board has reserved personnel powers, shall be under the direction of the president and shall be removable at his or her discretion. The president may fill vacancies of such subordinate officers and employees subject to his or her personnel power.
