C.R.S. § 23-40-103: Funds for maintenance.

The funds and revenues for the establishment and maintenance of the university of northern Colorado, for the payment of its officers, teachers, and employees, and for all purposes incident thereto or necessary for the proper founding, continuance, and successful conduct thereof shall be appropriated and apportioned in such manner as the general assembly provides by law.
