C.R.S. § 23-71-524: Prior obligations not impaired.

Nothing in this part 5 shall impair the obligations of any bonds, or the refunding thereof, issued by a school district prior to July 1, 1964, or otherwise invalidate any such bond or the obligations or refunding thereof.
