C.R.S. § 24-20-107: Expenses allowed on certificate of governor.

Expenses incurred under section 24-20-106 and in causing the laws to be executed may be allowed by the governor and upon his certificate shall be audited and paid from any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
