C.R.S. § 24-30-1407: Prior existing design plans.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this part 14 or of part 13 of this article, there shall be no public notice requirement or utilization of the selection process as provided for in this part 14 or in part 13 of this article for projects in which the state agency or state institution of higher education is able to reuse existing drawings, specifications, designs, or other documents from a prior project.
