C.R.S. § 24-33.5-1209: Repeal of sections.

(1) Repealed.
(2) Sections 24-33.5-1204.5, 24-33.5-1206.1, 24-33.5-1206.2, 24-33.5-1206.3, 24-33.5-1206.4, 24-33.5-1206.5, 24-33.5-1206.6, and 24-33.5-1207.6, concerning programs for fire suppression administered by the division, and this section are repealed, effective September 1, 2037. Before the repeal, the programs administered pursuant to those sections are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
