C.R.S. § 24-33.5-1223: Sheriffs to enforce.

The county sheriff, assisted by the director, shall enforce sections 24-33.5-1217 to 24-33.5-1228 and of all state forest fire laws, and such persons shall not be liable to civil action for trespass committed in the discharge of their duties.
