C.R.S. § 24-33.5-1805: Authorization to contract for services.

The office is authorized to contract for services with any state, county, local, municipal, nonprofit entity, or private agency to implement the provisions of this part 18 and fulfill the duties of the center, which duties are described in section 24-33.5-1803 (3).
